I'm trying to find information on a art print new york skyline with the name Gardo in the right corner?

the print measures about 19 by 60 inches..it feels like it was done on paperbord......it has actual painted clouds...and white brushed highlights on the bridge,as well as the water,and buildings..with new york skyline written in the left hand corner
