Me going tandem with the 5 year old. Because it's survival of the fittest, and the 5 year old because he's less likely to make it when the plane crashes.
I wouldn't choose the others because,
The pregnant woman may live through the crash. Her baby might not, but the pain of loosing her unborn is a little less than loosing a child that's 5. (personal experience)
The old Doctor has done his time and lived a full life.
The salesman may survive the crash and his wife and children will be millionaires if he doesn't.
Harsh I know, but when it comes down to me or you, I'm going to make sure it's me.

The pregnant woman definately. If i could, I would somehow grab onto her so I could live too. But if not, then that would be ok, at least a I saved 2 lives!

The pregnant woman because she could have her child and it can grow up and live a life. Also the woman could if she wanted to, have more children.
