No. Those energy formulas are usually loaded with caffeine, or herbs that may be harmful for your baby. Always ask your Dr. about anything like that. And tell your Dr. if you are tired. I became anemic when I was pregnant and had to take an iron supplement in addition to pre-natal vitamins. Being anemic can make you feel tired. And for some people, being tired during pregnancy is just how it goes. Good Luck to you.

You should speak with your doctor about this. I don't think you should use any energy powder with your baby. Just think everything you take is going to the baby through your bloodstream.

I would not think that would be a good idea. However if you are feeling tired maybe the doctor could suggest a vitamin b12 supplement. But, I would check with the doctor first.

no these usualy contain stimulants wich is not at all good for baby. you shouldnt even be drinking much cafeine
