My friend has the above mentioned and all the times I've ever used it I really liked it. She got it as a gift. Is it worth the money to buy though? I want to get something that's small and can store a lot of music. I'm open to all suggestions and links would be great.

I would say that the best one for your money would be the Ipod Nano with Video and pictures. You can listen to your music, or watch movies or music videos or listen to music and look at pictures, and it's a really good gift, especially if you have a long 13 hour flight from Germany to the states to see family.

i think so, i recently just purchased one the plus to the ipod nano is it has games, clock, calendar, contacts its so much more than just an mp3 player...i would suggest getting the 2g ipod nano which holds 500 songs and like 5,000 pictures anymore than that might be a little much lol or could get the video ipod which i think is completely stupid who wants to watch movies on a 2 inch screen not me! i got my ipod for music purposes only

I had the mini pink and it was cool, then i bought the nano when it came out and i loved being able to see able work and lyrics when i played a song also it has the option of putting photos on it super cool. i just recently got the video and it is awesome. im a college student and when i get bored or a class is canceled i just turn on a movie and im set. Apples MP3 players are awesome. (just my opinion) I havent had any problems with any of them and in case you do take it back to apple and they will fix it. :)

I have an Ipod nano that I think is great but I would wait until the new version comes out before buying one (next month i think)!

u should get the I,Pod video its better and u could get a 60 g.b but the mini is just 1g.b and 4g.b and u probably need the best and the latest for all the songs u need . choose the video and u wont regret it trust me.
