good question. I would have to go with the 80's with the 90's not too far behind. then the 70's (the decade of soul), then the 50's and 60's as a tie. the worst decade is probably right now (2000-) The music of today those a injustice to music of yester years.
It used to be about making music and it feels like it's mostly about making money.

80's they had not all the technology available on the 90's but were far more complex than 60's and 70's

i would have to say the best is in the 80s...followed by the 90s...00s...some are okay...but the 80s are much better...
