Try the 3 day trial at Sirius.com. Also HS is having a 2 day exclusive free trial later this month (howardstern.com).
Once you try Sirius, you'll never go back to regular radio. It is worth twice the subscription amount.

Well, if you like getting approximately 4 new Howard Stern shows a month it might be worth it... He takes more vacation than the Maytag repairman.
Also, if you like old bits, he's great too - There's no creativity on his shows. He asks every F-list celeb that comes in if they like anal sex and lesbianism, and then moves on when the interview becomes awkwardly silent, because he has no other questions. Yeah... GREAT show...
Not to mention Howard's huge paycheck has crippled Sirius' ability to do other things - like make great radios, develop other talent, etc. They are sacrificing their future - that is, past his one contract - for instant temporary buzz.
Their radios are sub-par. XM has had portables for a couple years, Sirius still doesn't except for the Stiletto, which if you read online you'll see how much it stinks.
XM has deeper playlists, so yeah if you like hearing the same song three times a day Sirius is great. If, however, you're buying satellite radio so you can have the same problem you have now with FM - ridiculously repetitive playlists - by all means go ahead.

I have had Sirius for a year and a half. I love it. I listen to Howard Stern but also the music is great. I like it so much I have given as gifts to Mom, Dad, best friend and sister. If you are not sure I know that they have a 3 day trail membership on line.

YES! Sirius satellite radio is by far the best satellite radio out on the market today. XM doesn't compete at all. The stations are way better and it comes in all the time. I've had mine for about 6 months and I absolutley love it. Oh by the way get the boombox unit for it, it's awesome!

Yes it is well worth the money. I would definetly recommend it. Not only for the talk radio shows, but for the music and news. There are no commercials which is nice and the price is reasonable, especially if you travel alot in your car. It is great.
Hope you enjoy yours...

Yes I do. I think that it is wonderful. I have had mine sense Jan '06 and do not regret it. It is worth the monthly fee to not to have to sit and listen to commercials.

I have XM and I am pleased with it. I don't know if it's worth the money but if you got an extra $13 bucks a month...
