What would individuality matter in a world where a person who shows dissent is labeled "terrorist"?

"Phantom rule, the hidden jewel who's really in control?
On puppet strings, a nation swings undermined by moles"

I'm all for freedom of speech and that includes dissent or criticism. It's a shame that most people don't know how to hold an adult conversation and must pander to base emotions, resort to personal attacks, etc.

It shows a limited vocabulary and mentality if one labels all dissenters as "terrorists" or "liberals" or "conservatives" or whatever. It's that "black or white" and "all or nothing" scenario. Either you're with 100% me or you're "evil." Yeah, right.

But a lot of good people have died in a lot of wars and "conflicts" to protect our American values and the Constitutional rights that we enjoy here and I hate to see it eroded by idiots who have probably never read the Constitution much less understand it.

Surely with dissent comes solutions. To show dissent is part of life and evolution. But to take innocent lives and purposefully affect thousand others by selfish deluded acts, is doing pure evil in every sense of the word.

dissent and criticism are fine. Its personal attacks and hatred that sucks. Unfortunately, the lines get blurred on those things.

Criticism and dissent yes, as long as it constructive and not destructive and not just for its' own sake.

you watch way to many movies- one day when a terrorist either tries to kill you or your family or does so- maybe you will wake up from your fruitful slumber.
