I don't suspect that getting your job back will be an option. Contacting a lawyer will only help you depending on what state you live in. I live in a "right to fire" state which basically means that an employer can fire you for no specific reason. Often employers will not cite a specific reason for fear of a lawsuit. If they provide a reason for your firing, you may or may not be able to prove that this reason was bogus in a court of law. If they don't provide a reason, there isn't anything to fight in court. Look into what your state's laws are regarding employment hiring and dismissal practices. Good luck.

Get a lawer and stop doing what you did and dont do it again. But why would you want your job back if you were fired for a reason you probly did somting bad so your boss or the people that fired you even if you got your job back would not make it easy.
Just try again and get a new job. Because that would be the best thin to do but its your choice.

If you got fired, the employer must give you a reason. Nobody gets fired for no specific reason. If the employer had any written rules of conduct, check out what rules you may have not followed and check out if there is any procedure for you to follow in your own defense. When an employer fires you for no apparent reason, you are entitled to unemployment. But if you feel you have been fired due to any discrimination, I suggest you get yourself a lawyer.

In some states, it's illegal to get fired for "no specific reason." In others, "at will" employment (where you can be let go or quit whenever for no specified reason) is strongly enforced. You need to know what the laws in your state are before you can take legal action, so talk to a lawyer.

Almost nobody gets fired for "no specific reason." They might not *tell* you the reason, but there is one. Do you know what the real, possibly hidden, reason is?

did you get fired or laid off there is a difference betweent the to laid off is when there its not from anything you have done they just got to let you go and fired you usually did something to get fired and did they give you a reason for your discharge if you feel it was unlawful termination then get a lawyer but I dont think your going to want the job after that because they will be watching you closely and will fire you for any reason even if you are 30 seconds late to work so I would collect unemployment and then I would look for another job

What good come of that. Let's say you were somehow successful, you would be an outcast and the first mistake you made you'd be gone again. And forget about any advancement.

Move on. The best revenge is to get a better job. Use this opportunity to find a better job. Use this experience to keep it.

Why don't you just find a new job??? and depending on the state that u live in ( assuming ur american) some states don't require employers to have a reason to fire an employee.

Why would you want your job back, if they fired you for no reason? I wouldn't want to work for a company that did that to me, especially if it was for no reason. Move on.
