Well I guess you would do a google search for venture capital firms in the field of your products. And then contact them and ask to pitch you ideas. Make sure you have a lawyer draw up a confidentiality agreement though so noone steals your idea(s).
Or you could just pester all the rich people you know until someone gives you money.
