I had no problems with my last pregnancy and my mother never had problems. My auntie had 3 kids in her 40's. We are healthy and I don't expect any problems. So should I just tell them now? I really want to!

I told our parents when I was 2 months with the first pregnancy. With the second pregnancy, I hadn't even confirmed with the doctor and was about 6 weeks when I told them.
It's totally up to you.

I would wait until the first trimester is over to tell the daughter...many healthy people with no previous problems miscarry and that would be even more heartbreaking to explain it to your daughter. But I would tell some close adult friends and family so you have support incase anything terrible does happen...and you have people to share your joy with now! Congrats and good luck with everything!!

I would let everyone know especially if you haven't had problems in the past. You could just tell them or you could get a shirt for your other child with something like "I'm the best big brother (or sister)" on it and see what everyone says. Me personally I wouldn't be able to wait and I would call everyone.

I am assuming that you are "older" an just found out your pregnant and want to get past the miscarriage window first.
Completely understand. However, let them know so they can help take of you! They can make sure you are keeping yourself and baby healthy.

well it isnt like you can hide it for long - so the longer you wait the more they will wonder what took you so long to tell them - u might as well get it over with...hopefully they will be happy for you, but if not they will at least respect you for letting them know...

By all means, tell them.

If something unfortunate happens, it'll be weird to mourn alone.

the earlier that you tell them then the easier it will be but the later you tell them the harder it will be but if you don't them soon they will notice you getting fat and they will be asking you why are you getting so fat.
