It depends on what you said. If it was threatening, well, dumb move on your part. Otherwise. your stance should be "sorry to waste the court's time. It's a simple situation: she cheated on me, I went off on her. Now it's done. This isn't exactly something you all should waste any more of your time on."
I guess honesty is the best policy.

If the judge granted the restraining order, then he felt something warrented it. You should probably keep your comments to yourself. In all actuality...did it get you anywhere by saying those things, or did it cause you more trouble. Leave her alone, move on and show that you are sorry for doing it when you go to court. Mark it up as a lesson learned. No good comes from trying to hurt someone else, it will always come back to bite you in the A**.

Do you mean restraining order or protection order these are two different things. A restraining order is a civil matter and if you violate this she has to take you to civil court, there is no criminal action here. ( this is how it is in my state). A violation of a protection order is a criminal matter. However with a protection order you should have been notified that you have 15 days to respond and you can request a hearing to defend yourself against this and the judge could rule in your favor and dismiss the order. You have said your piece now move on.

None you wont go to court for the restraining order. Stay away from her. Do not speak or attempt to speak to her. And for goodness dont write anymore about it on myspace or anywhere else. BECAUSE you will end up in jail if you do!!!

None. You obviously harassed her enough and found to be dangerous enough for a judge to issue a restraining order. I suggest you stay away from her.

If it is a restrainig order just stay away from her and nothing will happen. But if you continue to post things and harass her they could charge you with stalking. Walk away and stay away.
