Well you could go see a chiropractor but sometimes that can end up making your back worse. I personally have had back problems (4 herniated disks) for over 5 years and refuse to go to a chiropractor. Instead I would make an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. They can take x-rays of your back and maybe even an MRI if they think it is necessary. The choice is yours.

chiropractor, orthopedic doctor, osteopathic doctor
each are doctors and all work on backs that "go out"
