Well you could go see a chiropractor but sometimes that can end up making your back worse. I personally have had back problems (4 herniated disks) for over 5 years and refuse to go to a chiropractor. Instead I would make an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. They can take x-rays of your back and maybe even an MRI if they think it is necessary. The choice is yours.
