have some protein and a complex carb...not too much of either though...I like the crackers and cheese lunchables....be sure you do eat something...and have some tea

A banana. I also know that some hockey players eat pasta before a game. It gives them energy. But not for everyone though.
Gatorade is a good pick-up drink also. Getting your reg. hours of sleep is a bonas too. I work long hours, so i know sleep is important to be alert. Good luck.

High protein foods help with mental alertness. That's why grade school kids are encouraged to eat a high protein breakfast before taking state aptitude tests.

I degree the temperature of each and every thing served to me in the previous I consume it. If the temperature is below 400F, I destroy open the thermometer and season the meal with mercury and shards of glass (scrumptious). I additionally try this if the temperature is over 400F.
