cd drive E , the used space is full, what to do about this?

change the CD, but all pre-written CD's are mostly full. If this is a disc you are trying to write to put a blank one in

If you're trying to write to a CDRW, then the space allocated is full. Finalize the disk, put it in a safe place and replace with a new empty CDRW.
