You can find a lot of PSX and PS2 games on P2P networks like eMule and LimeWire. There are also sites with torrents, but those are harder to find.
You have to have a PS2 with a modchip installed to play pirated games (either that or buy a swapdisc). It's a huge hassle, but if you want to get your PS2 chipped there are lots of places online that will do it for you, or will give you instructions to do it yourself. Just look around.

you can get an emulator called PSX and you can get roms for then pretty easy
