Hi,
The next time he comes and threaten you, make sure you remember it or if you can record it. Go to the nearest NPC and tell them that you want to lay a complaint against a magistrate about this matter. Tell em, that you can't live in peace with him threatening you and stuffs.

There is no simple and fast way to get rid of your boyfriend. Well, we need to know what causes him to behave this way against you and your kids. I do have a boyfriend just like you who threatens me and my kids. He even wont allow me to have other male friends and controls my freedom. From this, I analyse that he is a jealousy type of person. As now I know his personality, I will try my best not to make him angry. So I suggest you sit down and ask him why he is doing this to you. Once you get the reasons, you can judge him and understand him better. Maybe at the time he threatens you, you might have done something that hurt him. Maybe he really loves you and your kids and dont want to lose you just like my boyfriend. That is why now I know why he is controlling me.
At this stage, it defeats the purpose of applying a PPO against him as he did not use any physical force on you as to obtain a PPO, you need a medical report.
So my advice is have an open talk with your boyfriend and hopefully your problem will be solved soon.
Good luck.

i feel you on that one. i have a ex bf that wont leave me alone. the best is get your number change and move on with your life. but what i recommend (since there are children involved) is get a restraining order. I'm in the criminal justice field in college and my teacher is a judge. take it from me. i cant remember the name of the order but its under criminal intent. and make sure that you do it while the threats are still going because if you do it and he has stopped the threats, there gonna wonder why you haven't done it earlier since there were children involved.

I'd call the cops each and every time he threatened me, Id also try to get the threats recorded, and then of course a restraining order.

Start recording the calls, keep the police abreast of the situation. Change your locks, get secure and warn everyone you know that you think he is stalking you. Be cautious and weary and whatever you do...DO NOT BE ALONE WITH HIM OR AGREE TO MEET HIM ANYWHERE ANYTIME ALONE!!!! He can speak to you infront of a police house or court house-less likely to hurt you there as opposed to McDonalds where he'll shoot you, a fry guy and himself...get it.
Treat this guy like OJ to your NICOLE BROWN!!!

Its simple.. record your phone calls from this guy and call the police and let them hear the tapes. You might also want to go to the court house and get a restraining order against him

follow all the good advice above.
Keep a lookout in your neighborhood for him and his car; ask your neighbors to do the same. Fill them in, too, so they can be of help.
Also, make a list of friends and relatives who could put you and the kids up if necessary, in case you feel unsafe going home. Brainstorm all your options now, while he's just calling.

Get a restraining order / order of protection. Not only will he be restricted from coming around, he won't be able to call you either. One violation and you'll be able to call the cops and have him put in jail.

Go through all of the proper legal channels, but also begin to document every bit of contact you have with him. Keep a record of everything with dates and times so that you have something to back you up.

Call the police immedietly! Get out a PPO, file stalking charges. You need to keep track of days and times he contacts you. Don't talk to him!
