Why do I not have a scroll bar on some pages? I can't view the entire page because I can't scroll down.

Because when the web page was designed it was tested with one browser and maybe not another. For example: Windows Explorer may come up slightly different than Netscape or Mozilla. The background may be set for a better resolution as well. Change your background to a larger setting Click on Properties --> Click the Settings Tab --> Change the graphics mode from 800 x 600 to say 1024 x 768 or even higher.

try highlighting everything with the mouse...eventually you will scoll down...
