Yes, because it is part of a transaction or series or transactions the total value of which is above the minimum Stamp Duty threshold.

You will be obliged to sign a declaration to this effect during the transaction (or have your Solicitor do it on your behalf). Failure to declare is a criminal offence of fraud.

Example of the declaration on Land Registry Form TR1 (section 1) >>> http://www.landregistry.gov.uk/assets/library/documents/tr1.pdf

I dont think you need to pay stamp duty for property purchase worth less than UK Pounds 125,000.

Can I recommend a fantastic investment in the Strategic Land in the U.K., which would give you a return of 300%+++ over a period of 3 to 4years? Now we have such an investment of a plot in London (Hounslow) - 576 sq.ft only for UK Pounds 5,625 and you will have to sell this plot to us after Planning Permission is obtained for the entire piece of land. You will then walk away with 300%++ by selling your land to us with the highest market price. Is it interesting? You will be given freehold title by H.M. Land Registry Department for your purchase and your investment is secured by the Independently managed Trust.
