yup...and it is perfectly legal as long as there is a sign posted somewhere in the company that states there is video and or audio surveillance in the building

Yes, you are on their property, using their equipment - they can video you, record phone conversations and read your emails - all perfectly legal for them to do as long as there is something stated - usually in the company/employee handbook about these practices. They are basically making sure you are using their equipment to do yoiur job, not excessively talk on the phone to your friends and surf the internet all day...

yes they can. Since you are using a business phone, they have the right to listen in or tape it if they want to. The, also, have the right to video both their customers and their employees in their place of business and on their property like the parking lot. .
