There is NO FREE manual on-line. For free, try EBay, or some other source.
For an owner's manual, try to order it from the dealer. They may still have some in stock at a warehouse.

As for your Cruise control - - -
The Cruise Control (CC) will not engage below about 35 MPH.
To use it, turn the control to "ON", and accelerate to the desired speed, and press the button "ENGAGE". The CC will now take over the throttle control and will attempt to maintain the speed within a range of about 2 MPH.
You can disengage by either placing the switch to the "OFF" position, or by applying the brakes.
As you drive, if you see the need to speed up a bit, press the lever to the "RESUME" position and release. Each time that this is done, the car will accelerate by 1 MPH.
Should you see the need to slow a little, depress the "ENGAGE" button momentarily and release it. Every time this is done, the car will slow 1MPH.
If you have disengaged by depressing the brake pedal, and desire to resume the previous speed, simply depress the lever to "RESUME", and the car will accelerate to the last speed setting. But it will not engage if the present speed is less than approximately 35 MPH.
That is Cruise Control 101.

Good Luck, and drive safely.
