BV is not a sexually transmitted disease...talk to your gyn for a solution. Don't believe these people that are telling you that youre getting it from your husband.
You can however get it if his p*nis comes in contact with your a*nus and then he inserts it into your v*gina...its transmitted like that due to the bacteria that is back there.
Good luck sweetie...

you dont need to be a sl*t to get BV. it has a tendency to recur anyway. try your best and you might still get it but her are some things:
1) never never douche
2) if any anal play during sex, anal sex or fingers in and around the area-can bring bacteria from the rectum into the vagina and cause bv
3) perfumed soaps, sprays, feminine washes, body wash...
4) thong underwear allow bacteria to crawl up the thong string from rectum to vagina.
5) always wipe from front to back
6) having lots of sex can give it to you
7) ask your doctor about using prophylactic vaginal metronidazole to keep it at bay. then you will get yeast but that is better than bv and fairly easy to treat.

Your sex partner is contaminated and thus infecting you. This can happen if his "member" comes in contact with some bacteria and then spreads it to you. He might be encountering a dirty toilet or some other means of contamination. Have him wash up with anti-bacterial soap before playing. Could be coming from his hands or perhaps mouth germs too.

You husband may be reinfecting you. He needs to be checked for organisms as well, and possibly put on antibiotic therapy. Refrain from sex, or use condoms until your infection is completely cleared up. Wipe yourself from front to back, and not the other way, when going to the bathroom. Wash your hands before inserting any tampons, and before sex.
If you are having oral sex, your husband's technique may be reinfecting you. Try having him brush his teeth prior to sex. (yes, i know that sounds weird, but it may reduce the number of oral bacteria) And finally, if you are having anal sex, do not proceed to vaginal sex unless he washes his penis in between. You are likely being contaminated by E. coli. You could always use a condom for anal sex, and then take it off for vaginal sex.

I have the same problem.
You can ask your doctor for a tube of the antibiotic medicine they give you to treat it, and you can use it once every 2 weeks or so. That is the only thing that has helped me with it. It's either that or deal with it forever!

You might not be a s*t, but your partner might be causing it if he has some type of bacterial problem that hasn't been solved. Also, evaluate your diet and hygeine. Have you been tested for HPV? That can sometimes cause it too.

Wiping from front to back so you aren't getting all the germs from your backside up front. Keeping yourself clean, and not using antibacterial soap "down there". Those are just some suggestions that might help. Good luck!!
