Sounds funny but Holiday Inn sells a shower head, I know that it is under $100 and it is wonderful - it has three headings and a wide head

Most shower heads (99%) you buy now days will regulate the water pressure coming from the nozzle. This is to conserve water. I buy the inexpensive ones that have one setting. I take the head apart. Inside there is a "very" small hole that regulates the pressure. I take a drill and drill out that hole till it is big enough for the amount of pressure I want. You can start out with a drill bit a little bigger than the hole. Increase the size of the bit with each drilling. It works every time. I don't know about the "fancy" heads that do tricks for you. I never tried one of those.

I recently bought a nice handheld shower head with adjustable jet streams from Bed Bath & Beyond for $39.99. It came with a wall mount in case I didnt want to hold it. You can change the water pressure with the nozzle. The jet streams range from a light mist, to a hard rain shower. It's very useful and affordable.

the shower head you buy doesn't really have much to do with the pressure. It's the pressure in their house, but, Kohler makes several good shower heads. So does Moen.
