I've tried normal superglue (Isocyanacrylate) to stick together what I call fatty plastics; the kind of plastic that feels glossy/slick; but with little success.

I read years ago that there is a different type of glue for this. any ideas what it's called, and maybe where I can buy it (mail order/ or in Central London).

Thank you.

Waxy type plastics cannot be glued because of their molecular structure. Your only hope is welding with a soldering iron.
The other answers are incorrect for your problem.

Rough the surfaces to stick together with a piece of sandpaper then use evostick. It'll work guaranteed.
