there's always hollister, american eagle, aeropostal, pacsun, buckle, and major department stores like macys. some brands that i like are lei for jeans because they fit pretty good, roxy, billabong t-shirts. they have some cute t-shirts at hollister and pacsun as well. pacsun has really nice shoes too. Gap has really cute clothes if you pair them with other clothing brands. If you go to these stores you can always head to the back of the store, where they have the sale racks. they have some good deals at pacsun. if this doesnt help, you can always try some fashion magazines, like teenvogue, which i love to look at for inspiration, but sometimes their styles are way to crazy, thats why i always have my seventeen magazine and cosmogirl for fashion advice and many other teen related issues. seventeen and cosmogirls have coupons too, and they show you what goes good with what etc. have fun! by the way, were the same age!

Outlet store centers have a lot of variety of stores and if you contact the customer center and sign up for the emails of announcements you can get coupons to the stores too.
I have puchases a lot of clothing and gifts and things for my home at outlets and have saved tons of money compared to regular stores.

New York and Company. Has cute clothing that fits every woman from skinny to heavy or from short to tall. Also they have great deals. Sign up on their website and they will send you weekly discount coupons. Their clothes are really cute and has a great look.

THRIFT STORES!!! wow you can find such good deals there!! Sometimes you have to hunt, but it's so worth it to find a treasure for like, 2 bucks! I found a BRAND NEW Abercrombie sweatshirt for 4 dollars! Not to mention practically everything else in my wardrobe!! haha but anyways, thrift stores are the way to go if you want to get more for your money!

OLD NAVY!!!
They have the cutest styles that fit anybody any size. Theres also a jean specialist on hand in every store (very new!) that helps you find the right sizes and styles to make you look good. Theres also A.J. wright if theres one near you and Marshalls.

I don't know if it is the best place, but definately a site that I use is http://products.simplysearch4it.com they also have a UK site for UK shoppers aswell.
I use this because you can easily search for clothes and compare the prices so that you can find the cheapest clothes.

old navy has cute styles and is very cheap....you could always go to thrift stores and you jsut have to hunt for the good stuff....cheap places like ross and walmart ususally TRY to keep in stlye...you can find some cheap but cool stuff there too....you just have to know where to look!!! you could but jeans from ANYWHERE and make them look like the new ripped stlye of jeans, but half the cost!!!
