First thing you need to remember is that your body is going through so many changes right now, and not everyone experiences the same thing. You always want to talk to your doctor about these things. Don't ever feel like your being a pain to your OB-Gyn, this is why they are there, if they are not willing to help, then find one that is.
Taking vitamins with a high amount of magnesium is always good for cramps in the legs and arms, but make sure you ask your doctor which one they suggest, as you should be on prenatal and even over the counter drugs need to be considered when taking more than one.

Honey, you should call a doctor. Get a regular OB/GYN and get an ultrasound. I lost a baby at about 15 wks. I might have been able to prevent it. Cramps are sometimes a warning to our brain that our body is trying to deliver the baby. Sometimes it's just growing pains but you can never be too careful with the little life inside. Remember that babies are most protected while they are still inside. They are very resiliant, but they can't tell you when something is wrong. Please call a doctor. If money is an issue, there are clinics all over this country that go on a "sliding fee" scale.

If you experience ANY cramping you should go to the doctor and get it checked out. Back pain is common in early pregnanct, I am 10 weeks and it hurts like hell. This is my second pregnancy too, and it hurt the same with the first. Good Luck!

Back pain is normal, but cramps are not good. Please go see a doctor and get checked out. The first three months are bery important in your pregnancy.
also...when I was pregnant, I used Webmd a lot. The woman there are great to talk to and there is a lot of information about how you should be feeling and what you should not be feeling.

As long as you are not bleeding or spotting or having urination urgency (which is feeling like you have to go but can't) or burning urination, it is most likely round ligament pain.
You are growing and your ligaments are stretching. This puts strain on your back too from the compression of the growing womb.
A nice warm shower with that hot water running down your back will feel great or a warm bath for that matter.
Take care of you! Good luck.

take a look at a few fine hot tub within the bathtub for a minimum of quarter-hour. if this does not paintings, larger name your midwife. do you will have different signs apart from the cramps? like recognizing or uterine cramps? if you're rather getting nervous approximately what you are feeling now, calling your midwife and even going to the closest clinic would be the high-quality factor to do. we certain do not desire some thing dangerous to occur on your upcoming package of pleasure.

I would suggest going to the hospital or contacting your gynecologist. It could be you are getting a Urinary tract infection. But would check to be sure it is not a miscarriage. The back pain could also be kidney stones I had them when I was pregnant need to be checked by a doctor to be sure. Good luck.

If you're not bleeding, it's probably just your ligaments stretching. Does the pain feel like a pulling or a stabbing.
Stabbing pain should warrant a call to your ob
