Try just adding two letters in front of the word and at the end change the end letters at the end of every other word:
like if you were trying to say
"what are you doing later"
"dewhatish deareka deyouish dedoingka delaterish?"
practice makes perfect and the faster you do it the more you sound like you are speaking another language

You guys should learn sign language. not only will you and your friends be able to communicate sliently, it may actually come in handy later in life. or you could also just develop your own version of it. but doing something silent won't get you in as much trouble as mmorse would..teachers and stuff i mean.
