okay i am 15 but i am confused see we have been "touchey and you know, but not sex" see he said that we r VERY FRIENDLY FRIENDS but he wont go out

Spend as much time with him, as you can, float over general saying to him, "I feel really comfortable around you", "I really like the time we spend together" , " you know you understand me better than any guy" every one of those statements can be taken 2 ways, see how he reacts to them, if it's positive, then go for broke, tell him, you want to try being more than friends, and your willing to risk your friendship, if it takes getting to know each over better, see it how it works.

It was his way really sweet of telling you he is not interested but really appreciates your company as a friend. Accept that and make more friends. You'll KNOW when the guy is RIGHT for you.

you might ruin your friendship. sometimes when you and a friend get together then you both make a good couple but it feels odd and you don't stay together and when and if you break up you can not stay friends. so trust him.

well it sounds to me like an exuse.. if he really likes you he would only think of it as making your relationship better and he dosen't want to be with oyou neway or he wouldn't say ruin your friendship b/c he knows it will end
