C: BEANS AND RICE COZ BEANS ARE RICH IN COMPLEX PROTEIN AND RICE IN SIMPLE PROTEIN! ADD THEM TOGETHER AND U GET COMPLETE PROTEIN.
WELL, A COMPLETE PROTEIN IS SUPPOSED TO MEAN MOST OR ALL OF THE AMINO ACIDS PRESENT, SO BEANS AND RICE HAVE MOST OF THE AMINO ACIDS COMBINED IN A MEAL RATHER THAN THE OTHER CHOICES !
