take off the cover on the switch and bring it with you when you are getting the new one.
this should let them know the one your going to need

shut off electrical
shut the valves on the piping near the tank
drain the water
remove elec.
remove switch
clean the tube that the switch is mounted to
install switch/elec.
run the pump with valve shut. this should save you time if there is a leak
if it shuts off at say 60psi
then your OK
open valve
purge system at faucets and the like

it is fairly easy...when u get the new pressure switch it should have a diagram with it,just follow the instructions..DON'T forget to unplug the cord going to the pump..u'll get a good tingle if u do..hope this helps
