ESPN has said that San Diego's Eric Parker (WR) will be a good start this week as their starter is out. Would he actually be worth picking up?

It would really depend on who you are dropping, but I think he will have a great week and rest of the season. Rivers is playing better and better and is looking for options other than Gates.

He is a great pickup.

If you're really desperate at the position, you're in a big league, and/or you're in a PPR league, Parker may be worth picking up. They are playing KC and Pittsburgh just lit them up last week, but Tomlinson will always get the lion's share of the Charger TDs and Parker doesn't have any yet this season. I wouldn't touch him in my league, though.

Air Marty? He is the number one WR on that team, McCardel has lost a step and they lost Kasem Osgood in the off season. But, you never know who is going to be the man in that offense...Gates, LT, McCardel or Parker.

He's a great no. 3 option, maybe a no.2 in a real deep 12+ ream league...but if he's your no.1, time to start thinking trade....or maybe fantasy basketball.'

good luck.

Sorry, I don't know anything about this. My fantasies are elsewhere these days.
