Yes, it's ok. But you can still talk to your nurse of doctor about it. If the other nipples does not start prodcing milk by the time the baby is born, then you will have to probably feed the baby formula instead of breast milk. And have your breasts checked with a mammogram to make sure there is nothing clogging any of your milk ducts.

Yes, it's normal. My right one actually leaks more than my left one. And the left one leaks clear fluid and my right one leaks more like what milk would look like (kind of white or yellow tinted). It's weird to me, but the doctor said it's just fine.

Good luck and congrats! :)

Yes, in most women, one side will fill up more than the other, that is why when a baby is born, one of the first things a nurse will teach you is to make sure you try to breast feed the baby evenly on both breasts for the same amount of time, so your breasts will develop milk evenly, don't get upset if this doesn't happen though. Baby's tend to prefer one side over the other, so they will eat from one side better. Get use to lopsided boobs!!!LOL

Yes. But eventually both will leak once they are used in heavy rotation. So have plenty of bra pads handy.

Yes it is normal. Ask your doctor to check it though, you may have a blocked milk duct which left could become pain full.
