You need a programming language. Once you choose one, this is a good algorithm to use:
1. Get a random number (most programming languages produce
random numbers between 0 and 1)
2. Multiply the random number by the number of possibilities
3. Convert the value to an integer
4. Add one to the final answer

The reason you're getting useless answers is because your question doesn't make any sense. What random outcome do you want? Random words? Random numbers? Your horoscope?
Try something like - Could someone please tell me where I can download a free random number generator?
Or
Is there a free software application that generates random words from a given string of words?
Ask your question in English and you'll get realistic answers.

Pick a language. Grab pretty much any maths library for it. Random number generators follow shortly afterwards.
