Random outcome software?

Can anyone tell me where i can d/load or use some free software that can give me a random outcome from some i have set? And it has to be free - i aint payin!

Most programming languages have a RAND function that returns some sort of random number, and from this you can use the result to select from a list. Check out GCC or some of the free BASIC compilers or interpreters below.

You can generate random numbers in Excel.
