I work out every day and do not see many results. I am completely against steriods and would never consider! What can I take to get bigger that's not a steriod. I do not want stuff that will give me acne or mess with me. I just want something healthy to take that will help me gain size and mass.

You can start by eating food that contains proteins for building-up
body mass, multi-vitamins which promotes good health, a few
hours of gym work daily to strengthen body and tone up muscles,
drinking lots of water and adequate amount of sleep and rest
in-between exercises.
If you really follow this method for about 3 months, I'm sure
you can see the results for yourself.
Happy training!

Don't work out every day. Your body grows when you are resting and when you are providing your muscles with fuel to grow.

Instead do heavy, basic exercises (exercises that require more than one muscle at a time like dips for chest and triceps squats and dead lifts for legs and pull ups for back and bicep) Split these exercises into two workouts. Use as much weight as you can while still getting six good repetitions.
Eat 20-30 grams of protein in six meals a day ( a couple can be protein shakes but don't have to be) Some people drink protein shakes because it is easier than preparing six meals every day.

I asked a few of the big guy's at my gym what they took. Most said>Whey Protein>Glutamine>Creatine and that they would mix it into a shake.......it's seems to work for them....good luck... ;) .....of course you know besides that you gotta take in more calories to get bigger to...just watch what you eat......have a good one....... ;)
