It gets wet when sitting parked, and while driving. It is a 1990 extended cab 2 wheel drive. Both the drivers and passengers side are wet.

Most likely the front windshield. Take a good look at the weatherstripping around the window.

Have a professional or you might try yourself.
Across the bottom of your windshield is a moulding called a cowl. Remove this and you will probably find years of debris clogging your drainage holes.
You can vacuum it out or blow it out using air hose, but be sure you get into the drain holes when doing so.
You can check this by first running water across bottom of windshield at cowl and see if it leaks, if not work your way up the windshield stopping to check for a leak.

Check the weather striping around your doors and look underneath the cab for any holes

Check the seals on your windows. You might have a gap.
