Eli deffinitely, Eli has better weapons around him and is an overall better QB and better choice to start, Kitna, who I like, is a spot starter at best in Fantasy, unless you happen to play in a league with more than 18 teams(I could list 18 guys that would be better to start as your QB than Kitna) and then add the fact that the Giants/Cowboys game is a big inter-divisional mtch-up and the Giants will be looking to make a statement.

Eli , but Kitna isnt a bad choice either,cant go wrong either way
Jon Kitna is 3rd in passing 1584yard with 6 tds 7int
Eli Manning is 7th in passing 1329yards with 11tds 7int
