i want to send a cdl manual to my friend who is incarcerated in bayside state prison how do i go about it?

he gets out in 14 months and wants to start studying so when he gets out he can take the test so how can i get one sent to him it has to be sealed and not from me so can someone please help me

Step 1 --- Secure the required material from the local Department of Motor Vehicles.

Step 2 --- Package the material for mail.

Step 3 --- Take the package to his mother/father/sister/wife/GF/etc. and provide the mailing address, offer the cost of postage.

The censors will open it and if it is merely innocuous reading material, especially focused on rehabilitation, the authorities will pass it along to the inmate.
