Travel (especially to Europe and the Caribbean), learn to play an instrument, have sex with more than one person (not necessarily at once), become a parent or mentor to at least one kid, get in shape, hike up a the tallest mountain in a beautiful area, dress up as someone from the opposite sex and see what happens when you go out in public (if anything), write at least a few poems, have your portrait done, make friends with someone from each racial, ethnic and religious group, get a Shiatsu massage, go camping (NOT just RV-ing!), try to make stone tools and then fire w/no matches, learn to do something you'd never think of doing, like knitting, flying a plane or public speaking, change your hairstyle, either forgive your parents or tell them off for good, write a list of other things you want to do (that haven't appeared here).

Shoot a gun. Go to a firing range, get qualified with as many as possible. You don't necessarily have to keep one in your house. Firing a weapon is a proved stress releaser.
