I like Human Names for my family. I would not have named my daughter Botts Or Socks. I do have two cats that are named after wines; but they were given to us by someone with severe allergies. They are Merlot and Chardonnays. I am used to it. We were also given a cat called little girl and she had very low self esteem. I renamed her Lois. She adjusted well and no longer hides and is pesty as a cat should be. Good Luck

Ok, you are getting a lot of interesting names but the RIGHT name is the one you pick out about 2 days after the babies come home. This way you can see what their personality is like. They will SHOW you what their name is.

I am a fan of people names for pets, however, I have this tendency to call all cats "Meow" no matter what their name is. Congrats on the new kitty though, enjoy!

Naming animals is always tough. I tried to name my cats, but they ended up being big cat and little cat.
They actually know "Cat" as there name. It's funny.

I like Lacey too, for a girl cat. Mine are both males though.
