I'm a college student and ever seen school began i have noticed that i have been receiving less sleep. at first i noticed very minor wrinkles appearing so i just ordered ROC eye with Retinol I believe. Should get here in a few days. The area around my eyes looks completly different than this summer. Now with puffiness and a tired look. Could this be the result of lack of sleep and can it be cured with enough nightly sleep?

I ask this cause at the same time college began my friends introduced me to weed and they do it about 2 times everyday. i've never been one to condone those activities but have done it about once a week, very minor. Could this be the cause of the look of my eyes and if so how do i cure it? I'm planning not to do it anymore.

i really want my eyes to look great again. I'm 18 years old and want this to go away. tips?!

If you have time, put sliced cucumbers over your eyelids for 15 minutes to help reduce puffiness.
You can also try a supermodel trick that they use after a night of partying.....put Preparation H on your eyelids (carefully as to not get in inyour eyes). Seriously, it is an anti-inflamatory that works.

Smoking pot once a week will not make your eyes puffy. However, fatigue, allergies and dehydration will.

You're only 18, so you don't need creams to handle puffy eyes. Be certain your new enviroment doesn't contain any allergens (your bedding, fabric softener, etc).

Drink plenty of water (at least 8 glasses a day), more if the heat is on in your dorm and the air is dry.

Get enough rest! You need 7-8 hours a night.

Finally, put thin slices of cucumber over your eyes to reduce puffiness. Lacking that, a cold damp washcloth over your face for ten minutes should help.

And get your numbskull roomie and pals to stop drugging themselves numb twice a day. Ask to be moved to a new room if it continues. They're going nowhere fast and you don't need that influence.

you do not have a stye on your eyelid do you? I used to get those each and every of the time even as i develop into youthful. you may want to understand in case you had one among those because in an afternoon or 2 that's going to form a whitehead. If that's no longer that then possibly you're ingesting too a lot sodium? Sodium makes you keep water. the in hardship-free words different aspect that makes my eyes puffy (lids and undereyes) is crying.

Drink more water, a big glass as soon as you wake up and another at least every 2 hours. Also keep 2 spoons in the fridge, when you wake up put em on your eyes for 5 minutes or so - big difference. Use Estee Lauder - under eye cream $60 lasts about 6 months, gets rid of dark circles. Welcome to aging my friend, it's all downhill from here.

Weed and lack of sleep will definitely give you problems - puffy eyes is the least. Your skin will be horrible, your teeth will rot, your breath will stink, let alone your brain, lungs, etc. So quit while it is still time. FYI, college life is not about doing stupid things, that's for those who never graduate or succeed in life, it is about studying. You should have some fun, go out, etc, but stop hanging around with those people, they'll destroy you.

What are you studying? Used to be you had to at least have an IQ that registered to get into college.
Do you think it could be lack of sleep, smoking weed and generally burning the candle from both ends. Yes.
Get some sleep, eat right, exercise, stop smoking, don't drink. You're allowed to study-had to leave you with something.

Smoking weed normally helps you to sleep - not keep you up.

Use the eye cream and if you are really worried about it get yourself some undereye concealer. Drugstores have a very wide selection

Hold an ice cube on your eyes in the morning for about ten minutes. This should work, but if not, get your eyes checked out by your doctor and make sure nothing is eternally wrong.

its NOT the weed trust me. it could be that your allergic to something on the campus or where ver your currently sleeping. it happens to me sometimes. alot of people who answer this question will say it s the weed, but those people are just looking for something to blame it on and probably have never even smoked it themselves
