No, No, No. You have a little something called Gonorrhea. The breast enlargement is due to the strong cravings for weird food, sometimes referred to as "Man ****." Again, your belly is large because of the food and an underlying tape worm.

Well first how old are you? Second, it doesn't take one to be a rocket scientist to know if she is pregnant. So i guess if the contents of your belly decides to come out in the next few days then you know it's a baby.

If you are a male it's pretty certain that you are not, however if you are a female you should definately go to a doctor because your body is definately trying to tell you something whether or not you are pregnant. See someone.
