I know this sounds stupid, but have you checked to make sure the volumne on your pc hasn't been muted? Mine was last week, I wasn't even home and when the internet went down and back up my daughter got tired of hearing the doors open and close so she muted the damn thing rather than turn down the volumne. If thats not it, I would suggest re downloading it, sometimes files get corrupted or just disappear, most of the time if you reload it the installation program will replace any missing files.

See if its on mute. or you speakers could have blown out that happened to me

SOUNDS LIKE A VIRUS MIGHT HAVE GOT YOUR SOUND DRIVE , AND MAYBE THE SOUND CARD ..ALSO, MAYBE YOUR SOUND CARD WENT BAD!!!
