cuase believe it or not, KFC is not all that great for you. It has a lot of fattening foods and such that can make you gain more weight then you want.
Try this cause belive it or not it works:
Start going to the gym or taking at 30 mintute walk around your neighboorhood 3 to 4 times a week. Eat healtier, mostly cut out the fake sugar in your diet ie soda, cookies, ice cream etc. you can eat them but make sure its not often. Eat protien like chicken and turkey. That is meat that is good for you but not super fattening. Just eat healthy...Good luck

Haha KFC diet, eh? I have no idea, that food is just so healthy and not full of fat!
JK but hey if it were healthy it probably wouldn't taste that good. But my mom knew someone who went on an ice cream diet and lost weight. Maybe I should try that....
