my eyes are green, and i wear glasses too.
Use a brown--medium brown...not too dark, not too light--pencil and line all around the eyes--bottom and top--not heavy lines, and stay close to lashes. Extend a little, like, 1/8 inch, at the inside and outside of eyes. This will make your eyes look larger behind your glasses, so they'll be seen. Adding light pink shadow--not too light--you want it to be seen, and these two steps will make your eyes pop. Brown and pink are the best colors for green eyes. Then use a brown mascara. Not black, not black- brown, just brown. The lighter the brown, the better. I use Dior Chestnut ($23; I got it at Sephora). NO lash extenders, fatteners, nothing. Just regular mascara. Otherwise it'll mess up the liner and shadow effect and sink your eyes back in.
Also good is a brow pencil or powder...two shades lighter than your hair (that's IMPORTANT!). Fill in lightly.

You'd be best off wearing things next to your face that accentuate the color of your eyes and combining that technique with cosmetics that make your eyes 'pop'.
I also have green eyes, but I have very fair skin. My eyes are also quite large, so I can get away with quite a bit in the eyeliner department. Just don't fence your eyes in, especially since you wear glasses. If you line all the way around your eyes you'll end up looking like you have smaller eyes. I use black eyeliner and black mascara and purple, yellow and white eyeshadows. (Yes, all at the same time.) For some reason this makes the green in my eyes stand out even more. I found this out by accident, so just go to the Ulta store (or Ulta.com) and buy lots of stuff to play with. You can always return anything you don't like.
Clothing colors that work for me are green, red and a jewel tone purple. I tend to wear black the most, so I just make sure I wear a chunky choker type necklace or a scarf in one of my 'good' colors. It lights up the whole face and then I can wear whatever colors on the rest of me I prefer. Again, experiment with clothing colors just like the cosmetics. I would buy a lot of scarves at first as it's cheaper than investing in many new blouses that don't work for you. You'll want to look at the colors next to your face both indoors and in natural light outdoors.

Okay first of all woman with green eyes stand out more with lighter colors, light browns, egg shell whites and off whites even a light green will bring out your green eyes always remember lighther at the base darker in the middle and lighter underneath the eyebrow. Also eye liners only help with dramatic looks so if your goin for a more prom night look then use a eyeliner black, dark brown or even a dark dark green depending on the dress. Go to a website to show you how to apply it because its hard to explain on here. Good luck any more questions just email me.
Ps Remember glasses are never a bad thing in fact I wear my reading glasses to enhance my facial structure sometimes so no worries. good luck

Most of the time, just a little makeup goes a long way.
Try finding some neutral color, I like Wet and Wild 381A (Egyptian Sands is 1 of the 3 colors) which is a powered.
I use the top on my brow area, the bottom color for most of my lid and the middle color for the lid for about 1/3 of my lid starting at my nose.
If you like cream shadows use 395.
They also have an awesome eyeliners, I use the black from the bottom of my top lid to the end of the iris.
Then I take there brown and use that from my lid near my nose to my iris where I ended with the black.

A brown paper bag, with cut eyes holes. You may want to wear a potato sac as well...put an " X " where your mouth should be and dont say anything.
aww geez_ my girlfriend says you need eye liner, dark brown or black...right close to the eye lashes...lots of mascara?
You might wanna cut some boob holes in that potato sac. Like on clockwork orange, but thats just me...I would listen to my girlfriend (her best feature is her eyes as well) remember now a mirror is a girls best friend so when you DO TALK ...talk in words that have two meaning's

Almay makes kits with three shadows specifically for each eye color. Look at the one for Green eyes. Then go to the Nat Robbins display and buy each color separately, Nat Robbins is excellent. Creme to powder and reasonably priced. Invest in a set of brushes. Many for eyes and blush brushes to blend.
Also, green eyes look best when contrasted. Dark hair, long dark lashes. I wouldn't suggest liner without know the shape of your eyes. You don't want to to make them appear small.
AND - Take a small BRUSH and apply a light white color to the inside corners of yours eyes and half way across your lower lash line. Really brightens the eyes.

I would not suggest using too much makeup regularly.
You should however use a kohl pencil to highlight your eyes. It can be applied on both upper and lower lid, and looks even better if smudged a little. This smoky looks excellent both during daytime and night.
For special occassions you can wear subtle eyshaow shades, and apply eye liner on upper lid, kohl pencil on the lower one. A dash of mascara would do wonders.

Burgundy mascara from Smashbox makes hazels, greens & browns stand out like crazy. Also, wear tinted glosses instead of lipstick or lipliner & lighter blushes to attract the attention to your eyes and not somewhere else.

Chances are they are already noticeable if they are your best feature. Makeup just serves to divert attention to the makeup rather than the eyes themselves.
My suggestion is to work on your weaker points.
Groom immaculately
Dress stylishly, not faddishly
Help people every day
Study hard
Honor your parents every day
Good Luck
