It is withdrawl bleeding. Also called "break thru" bleeding. It does not mean anything except that she stopped taking her birth control pills. Nothing to worry about.

That happened to me when I stopped taking the pill the first time. I think I had a period that lasted like 3 weeks.

Usually that's what happens if you stop taking pills in the middle of the month. The hormone level drops and your body thinks it's time for a period.

tell your friend that it happen to many woman /some woman bleed right after stopping some it take longer to satrt their period
if she has any ? go visit a doc

It could be because her hormonal balance has changed because she stopped taking her birth control.

nothing its her period. when you stop taking the pill you usually start bleeding
