Yes it is. We are nothing but slightly sophisticated animals. It's normal for anyone who deals with everyday life. However it's not normal to act upon them. That's where you draw the line.

I agree with the first answerer. I think there are plenty people out there who can imagine hurting someone, but would never ever actually do it. I think maybe it can be a release of anger and frustration to imagine it. But to be on the safe side, it would be good to get help about the sources of anger and frustration. If anything, you'll be happier.

If someone rapes and murders your wife, beats your child to a bloody pulp, etc. People going through nasty divorces usually think about killing each other at some point. People being bullied usually think about killing the bully. People think about killing all of the pedophiles, etc.

If you wake up thinking about killing someone everyday for no reason, it's not. If you think about killing some group of people like the blacks, hispanics, gays, Jews, Protestants, or Catholics all the time, it's not.

Not really, all depends on other factors like; how often, why, when, any family history, how deep the thoughts are,......... However in ur case I don't think it's really a bad think because u acknowledge it so it can only mean good

Depends, how often, how vivid, and how close you feel about actually making it reality.
