is AOE as good as on PC? and is lego star wars II almost as good as on gamecube?

I would recommend Age of Empires. It is quite a different game than on pc, but still a very good one. Lego Star Wars is awesome, too, but the DS version not it's best showing (the DS multiplayer sucks). I would recommend picking up AoE, because it is a unique experience exclusive to the DS and getting a better version of Lego Star Wars.

Hmm, it really depends on yer personal taste. I remember having loads of fun with Lego back when I was a kid but I still haven't tried either of these games. If I had to choose between buying one of these though, I think I'd go for Age of Empires cuz I like strategy a lot more. One thing though, I read in EGM that the real time strategy was replaced by a turn system but the game still plays well. They say the stylus is almost like an actual mouse. I wish I could try it out...

even though i dont have it, im going for Star Wars, but the GCN version looks better in graphics
