6ab - ab= 5ab
I'm not sure what you mean by the second?
Do you mean:
cuberoot(9a²+b²) = (9a²+b²) ^(1/3)
or
(cuberoot(9a)² + b)²?

To simplify 6ab - ab, we note that the two terms are like terms, and just add/subtract the coefficients. 6ab - 1ab = 5ab.
There is no way to simplify the cube root of (9a² + b²), sorry.

6ab - ab is the same as 6ab - 1ab because multiplying by 1 doesn't change anything.
So, 6ab - 1ab = 5ab just subtract the numbers in front of the variables.
The second part I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to write and so I'm not sure what to do with that problem.
-Hope this paritally helps. :)

6ab - ab = 5 ab
because ab is 1ab
in the second part
9a whole squared + b whole squared = 3a square + b square
