I'm looking for ideas on starting my own business I have lots of experience in the customer service, retail, management, I also have an Associates Degree in computer Networking.

No funds? Well that is one thing you will need to build up a steady business plus a niche. Your rivals out there right now are going to be big, up and running and busy as ever. You have to think of an idea and give the web users a reason to come to you instead. What can you offer them that's better. Where you represent For Sale by Owner property owners whom want to sell their houses themselves but they don't always have the time to show the property themselves. You could be there to let the prospects in and let them look around. You could also clean the houses when one party moves out and another moves in. You could run ads for them for a fee. You could give them tips on making their home more desirable for prospects as well. You could hire someone to keep up the yard.
