This divorce is sadly degenerating into a slanging match..what I cant understand is why didnt Paul have a pre-nuptual agreement...We all knew she was a gold digger...or did we?

I really don't like to see her degrading Sir Paul with all these statement about drugs etc...why is she being such a ***** she`s going to get what she wanted when she married him ...a lot of easy money...I hope this means an end to the botox and dyed hair for Sir Paul...I liked him as he was...he is ageless he doesn't need to try to re-capture his youth with the hideous injections.

I personally think that Heather Mills is lying. She was known to lie a lot before she met Paul. Also, I think she was a stripper or a hooker (with 1 leg) lol. Anyhow, I don't think I would trust the word of an ex prostitute anyday. Not only that, but I've been a huge fan of the Beatles for a long time, and I've studied each of their lives. Linda and Paul were so happy together. I remember reading a long time ago (can't remember where it was at) but I read it, and Linda said that she couldn't be any happier in her life. She had Paul, her children, and whatever else she had. So aparrantly their relationship was great. I think that Heather is just lying about it all for attention.

Paul just lost the love of his life when Linda died. She was all he knew. Gold diggers and horrible people are not always so apparent. Especially ones with disabilities and who work endless to support charities.

He was naive. Maybe she expected more out of him and realizes she can't live up to Linda's "ghost". Can't judge without being there.

I hope they both find happiness. He has more then enough money to support her and her daughter. Let her continue her charity work. There was love there once, through that they may find a mutual respect and end the nonsense.

Paul's a romantic for sure. But that isn't why he didn't sign a prenup. The fact is that prenups are very flimsy in British courts and hold practically no weight. He knows it wouldn't have made a difference.

This is about money -- Paul has it and Heather wants it. At least that much is clear.

"maybe Paul's amazed" but no one else is.

I suppose Paul's attorney's are going to counter with "All you need is love" -- because these claims that have become public are so bizarre that Paul has been handed a defamation of character suit that will serve to punctuate these legal proceedings.

Heather has turned into "hell on wheels" but I don't think she has a leg to stand on.

I think because his marrigae to Linda was so great he really believed in love, just look how committed he was to her. He may have faults but he one loyal dude. He is real. I think anybody who ever listened to Heather Mills on Larry King or whatever knew she is a drama queen and very self absorbed, has a hard time telling reality from her own self serving fantasy, she loves conflict too. Paul is into peace & love!

Nope - No prenuptual agreement and what a shame! She's after the money - her lawyers, too. They want about 300 million from Paul. He offered 50 million, but was yurned down!!!

I knew in the beginning this was a Daytripper...he should have waited longer before jumping into that marriage,I really don`t know what he saw in her unless there was something he needed to prove in the selflessness department. Some people just never get over their partner when they die and this maybe the case with Sir Paul...

I think Sr. Paul expected this marriage to be his last. Too bad. She seems to be the one dragging things around in the dirt. He seems like he wants to keep low key and address everything where it should be addressed, court! Anyway, he'll pay a heavy price for no prenup.

I didn't know, but I'm just as surprise as you that Paul wasn't wise enough to get one, considering the million$ he is worth.

I wish for him the best...and you are correct - this is looking like one nasty divorce.

So, how would one re-arraign the song "When I'm Sixty-Four"?
Maybe we can all contribute a verse and see who has the wickedest line to describe this sordid affair!

Original verse:
Send me a postcard, drop me a line stating point of view
Indicate precisely what you mean to say,
Yours sincerely, wasting away
Give me an answer, fill in a form, mine forevermore
Will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I'm sixty-four?

Revised verse:
Send me a subpoena, filing a suit, stating legal claim
Alleged brutality, is that what you say?
All your money is going to go away.
Tell my attorney, fill in the form, gone forevermore
Will you still sue me, will you still screw me, when I'm sixty-four?
